CANCELLATION POLICY
24-Hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 30% fee of the service price. No shows are subject to 30% to 100% of their service being charged. The Glossary Salon does not offer refunds, however, we want you to love your hair! We will redo your hair for free one time within one week of your original appointment if you are unhappy with the results!
